Ana Wika

New Media Artist. [Post-Internet Art, Live Art, Locative Media]

Multimedia artist, has undertaken experimental electronic projects involving light / sound / color, creating ethereal visual effects that shape the perception of what is not immediately visible, such as «RGB is Light» in 2015, «RGB Palette» in 2017, and «Instrument 888X,» in 2017 projects.

In parallel with her experimental work, she have also engaged in projects manifesting against gender-based violence, raising awareness and denouncing gender-related social issues, as evidenced in the projects «Diosas. The Short Film» and «The Origin of the New World,» both ongoing since 2015.

Her artistic career began with an expressive explosion, primarily using digital tools. Currently, she is rewriting her story by incorporating mixed techniques to reconnect with the warmth provided by traditional materials.

In the corporate realm, she has worked in various fields such as new technologies, fashion, culture, and tourism in countries like Puerto Rico (USA), Iceland, Scotland (UK), and Spain.
